I’m a sucker for some great cochinita pibil (achiote and orange juice marinated pork slow cooked in a banana leaf?!). What’s not to love? And then you make it a costra and crust that cheese all up in there. Mercy. (Upper right) @ponchos.restaurantes’ got it going on in #SMA’s @MercadodelCarmen_SMA.
