THE one and only world-famous @streetgourmetla, Bill Esparza led us on this amazing taco tour through the back streets of LA (remember those days?!) at @summit last November. So check out stop #2 at Santa Rita Jalisco Taco Truck serving up pescuezos de pollo. If you’re a crispy chicken skin kinda person, you’ll eat these up. Lots of digging through the mini bones for a little bit of meat. Reminded me of crab legs. So. Much. Effort. Thanks for leading us to explore uncharted taco territory Bill!
